A Functioning Body

Disablities are a part of human life and any many people have them. Try and think about all the parts of you body that function normally or well. Think about how much your body does for you and write down a list of all the things it does to keep you living and functioning from the day to day. Rather than just being your appearance instead think about how much your body does for you and that it’s more than just a shape.

Include everything you think your body does for you and try to be greatful that it can do that. Rather than ridiculing it for not being enough physically or visually.
