Colorful Semicolon
If your are in a crisis please call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 (Universal Emergency Number). Colorful Semicolon was founded for mental health awareness. Our mission is to help alleviate the struggles of teens, children, and adults before they consider suicide or to aid them in recovery, by giving them: free, accessible, and simple theraputic activities in addition to mental health resources.
Colorful Semicolon is currently underway and a work in progress. We can use any and all help to succeed in our mission.
On our activities page you'll find free simple therapeutic resources that can help you better your overall mental health. These activities are in no way substitutes for clinical therapy. If you're dealing with depression or other mental health difficulties please tell your primary care physician or a trusted adult. The helpful therapeutic activities we offer include printable coloring pages, new coping skills, and therapeutic creative writing prompts. These activities are useful when dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, and more. These activities can also aid in the continued recovery after an inpatient stay or prevent an inpatient stay.
People don't pay attention till it's too late. We want to shine a light on this issue. Colorful Semicolon wants to bring therapeutic resources to the public eye and help alleviate some of the stress that comes with mental health complications. We created this site to help prevent further complications.
All of our therapeutic activities are free; however, they can be printed out on to paper and many of them can be drawn on so all donations go towards supplies such as markers, crayons, printer paper, printers, and will be donated to inpatient facilities. We will also use this money to buy and donate books.
